AlexandraRose (nee April Lynn Morgan) proved a THIEF! After two months delay from the original court date, case number 04-6423-SC in the 53rd District Court was heard on January 6th of this year. Similar to her attempts to dodge the process server, Ms. Morgan continued to take the option of not reporting to court. Thus, the case became an easier win for the plaintiff, yours truly. The plaintiff produced the contract between Ms. Morgan and herself, which demonstrated that Ms. Morgan agreed to repay the sum of $900 that she borrowed. (For those of you who want to see the contract, it still is in my possession.) The magistrate asked if the plaintiff had any other evidence to admit, and she submitted photographs of the defendent's car taken when she refused to discuss the situation out of court as well as copies of her phone calls to show the defendent never contacted her once the money was in her possession. With a quick nod and an endearing smile, the judge concluded in her favor, legally reinforcing the contract Ms. Morgan tried to ignore. Now, for those of you wondering why I lent her such a large sum, I'll admit I was dumb. I knew she was a fellow escort, so I assumed she'd make the money up (besides, she charged more than I did and looked worse!). When her banking issues started to go sour, I knew I'd probably lose it. At the time, I was trying to help her. I'll admit I was dumb, not dumb enough though!, but I have too good a heart. Now, as then, I just want my money back. Maybe someone can convince her to return it. She has more than enough already. Besides, what sort of escort rips off other girls in the business? Is this the sort of image she wants to have? It's true though, men don't leave your wallets alone with her. Daphne (check the court case, if you don't believe me) |
